Instagram personality type is ESFP, while Facebook is a bit more accurate. Most of the time, I might share my own personal experiences, or what I’m doing, but I’m not going to be sharing my personal life on Facebook. Those are the big differences.
How often do you use social media?
I use social media once or twice a day. I’m not on Instagram every day. I only get on Facebook twice a week. I’m more on Twitter. That’s more of a daily thing for me, maybe once a day.
What do you use social media for?
Mostly for networking. It’s a way for me to get more business. Not that all my Instagram followers are actually going to be buying, but it’s a way to connect with people and talk about what I’m doing. It helps me grow my audience and grow my brand.
How much time do you spend on social media?
I don’t spend too much time on social media. I spend maybe an hour or so a day.

Instagram is an American photo and video sharing social networking service founded by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger. In April 2012, Facebook acquired the service for approximately US$1 billion in cash and stock. The app allows users to upload media that can be edited with filters and organized by hashtags and geographical tagging. Posts can be shared publicly or with pre-approved followers. Users can browse other users' content by tags and locations and view trending content. Users can like photos and follow other users to add their content to a personal feed. Instagram was originally distinguished by only allowing content to be framed in a square aspect ratio with 640 pixels to match the display width of the iPhone at the time. In 2015, these restrictions were eased with an increase to 1080 pixels.
