My understanding is that the INFJ and INTP are close to each other, so it's not likely to be a big change. HOWEVER, it's also possible to be an INFJ and/or INTP if you have a high enough INFJ or INTP score.
I've read some blogs and forums where people say they're INFJ and/or INTP and they don't see a huge difference between the two. That's possible, but one thing I've learned is that if you feel strongly about something, it's usually the case that it's close enough to be a difference. If you feel that INFJ and INTP are close enough, I'd consider taking the test again and see what you get.
