Boron personality type is ISTJ, which is the introverted, sensing, thinking, judging personality type. An ISTJ is a calm and steady person who follows a strict routine and is always reliable. They are among the hardest workers and are very reliable, dependable and responsible. They are traditional and do not like to deviate from the norm or stray from what others think is “normal”. They are dependable and honest and will always deliver on their responsibilities. They are not very social but prefer to stay at home, read a book or watch TV. They are very analytical and logical with a strong sense of duty, respect and integrity. They are also very structured and organized (which is why they have such a strong sense of duty) and can be stubborn at times. They have high expectations of themselves and others and are usually not prejudiced about anything in particular. The ISTJ personality type is very loyal and reliable, but can be very critical of people who cannot live up to what they expect from them. They have high standards for themselves and others.
