SLI personality type is ISTP, the most common of the four types (approximately two-thirds of the population).
ISTPs experience the world with their senses and emotions and react in a way that is natural to them. They are curious and enjoy learning new things, but only when they feel like it. They do not like routines and prefer to be spontaneous and original.
They are natural leaders and enjoy doing things with their hands. ISTPs make their own decisions and rarely ask for advice from others unless they really need it. They enjoy making decisions that provide them with a challenge and usually have their own unique point of view.
ISTPs can be reserved, but once they get to know someone, they become very affectionate and warm. They do not like trouble and do not like to be bothered in any way. They do not enjoy confrontations and prefer to avoid confrontation when it is at all possible.
They are quick to respond when they feel like it and prefer to wait until they feel they have collected all the facts before making a decision. They do not like to talk about their feelings and prefer to deal with problems one by one.
