Learning to be an ESTP is about learning to be more of an outer-directed person. This means you should learn to take control of your energy and let it flow outward if you want to reach your potential.
This is especially true in the workplace, where you want to avoid being perceived as “weak” if you don’t get your share of the credit for the work you accomplish. As an ESTP, while you may not see yourself as a leader, you still want to make sure you get your fair share of the credit for your work.
