ESTPs are often perceived as flighty or flamboyant, but they are really just outgoing and spontaneous. They love to socialize and may have difficulty staying focused in a boring lecture, but they manage to retain their attention in an interesting conversation. ESTPs live in the present moment and enjoy the day-to-day experiences because they don’t worry about the future or what has happened in the past. They often lack a sense of security in the face of change and often feel that they have to be constantly active to stay interested in life.
