Kamen Rider Lazer was the first Kamen Rider to use the secondary type of the vehicle instead of his own. All of the other Riders used a different vehicle type, except for Kamen Rider Wizard, who used an alternate Shodai form that was also a secondary type. The only other Kamen Rider to use an alternate secondary type was Kamen Rider Double Dragon, who used an alternate Requip form that was also a secondary type.
Lazer's primary form is in some ways similar to the original Kamen Rider, having both a motorcycle and a jet transformation. They are both also VTOL aircrafts, like the original Kamen Rider.
