Eagle personality type is ESFJ, and his Fe flaw is a lack of spontaneity and an over-reliance on planning. This is where I think the message of this episode comes in.

This is why I believe “This Week In TARDIS” is not just about the Doctor, but about all of us who chose to give up on our plans and desires and follow the Doctor, sacrificing our own lives for the greater good.
But there’s a big difference between sacrificing one’s life and sacrificing one’s plans and desires. The Doctor gives up his life in a way that I think most of us can identify with – by sacrificing his plans, his desires, and his freedom to save the universe, even though he knows deep down it was a foolish plan to begin with.
Eagle is a respected Nez Perce champion, and Thunder's younger brother. He worked as part of Orchid's agency to fight Ultratech, but was captured and experimented on. He ended up being used for the basis of the Fulgore Mk.III's processor, giving the two an uncanny connection. Finally, he was freed by Glacius shortly before the appearance of Gargos.
