Sage Bond personality type is ISTP, which stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving. I’m not sure you’d call me an introvert, but I certainly am a bit more reserved than most people at my work. My Sensing makes me good at observing things in order to take in information. My Thinking helps me to figure out what I’ve observed and put it into terms that I can use to make decisions. My Perceiving makes me sensitive to how people react to me, and I'm often good at anticipating how they will respond.
But I do have Perceiving in my personality type, and it sometimes gets in the way of my decision-making. For example, when dealing with my boss, the following situation occurred:
My boss came up to me in the conference room and asked me to give him feedback on his presentation. I wasn’t sure if he wanted my opinion on the presentation, so I asked him about it. He said that he wanted to know if there were any areas that he could improve on for his next presentation.
