M: How did you meet?
A: We met on a blind date arranged by our families. I was 22 and she was 21. I’m from a small town and she’s from a big city. You know, we both grew up in a small town that was very similar to each other. We both went to a big city for college, she went to Columbia and I went to Berkeley. We both came back to small towns and met again. It was kind of fate that we met again.
M: What attracted you to each other?
A: It was very clear that we liked each other. We liked the same things, we had similar interests, we were both very outgoing. I mean, when you like someone, you’re always attracted to them.
