I like being alone, and I’m not a joiner, so being around a bunch of people all at once is very stressful for me. I’m also a very rational thinker and I like things to be logically explained.
“I also like theory, and how things fit together. But I don’t enjoy math all that much. I’m a little bit more of a creative type than a logical one.
“I found out about my Myers-Briggs Type Indicator when I was in the first grade. My parents were both employees of the school district and they gave me the test so that they could start to understand me better. I think it helped them, because they knew me better because of it. The teacher thought it was neat that I had a different type from them, and she gave me a label as well.
