Ritsu personality type is INFP, so I'm very much a strong believer in the fact that the best way to show someone else our true feelings is to tell them. I don't like being rude or mean. I think it's rude and mean to do that. If you're trying to make me angry, it doesn't work. I'm very much against using violence, or even threatening violence, unless it's truly necessary.
I believe in treating others how you would want to be treated. I would never lie to an employee or client if I were in the position of their boss, or be rude to a friend if I were the person doing the talking about them.
It's very important to me that people know I'm trustworthy, and that I'm honest. I don't like things being hidden, and I feel it's only fair that people know what's going on. I'm not a fan of secrets, and I will not tolerate them. It's important to me that people know what they're getting into, and I feel that if they open up to me, they're likely to get the same in return.
To me, trust is a very important factor in a relationship.
