Optimus Prime personality type is ENFJ, as stated by The Mystery of Convoy. To me, the most interesting thing about Optimus Prime is his relationship with Jazz. In the Japanese version of G1, Optimus Prime is portrayed as a cold, stern, and strict teacher to a young Jazz. Yet in the English version, he is a loving father who tries to help out his son in every way he can. While he may seem relatively laid back on the outside when compared with other characters such as Bumblebee or Hound, Optimus was shown to be quite protective of his loved ones, and would do anything to defend them. This is similar to the relationship between Optimus and Ultra Magnus.
In Transformers: Kiss Players, Optimus Prime meets and greets Hiroyuki in the Kiss Player bar wearing a tuxedo. Two drinks later, outside on the town, he wears the same uniform. Later, to get back at Suga and Verdi for ruining his recently restored vintage car, Prime dresses up in a black suit (with a red shirt) and mask as the secret identity of "Shark", a superhero who is not recognized due to being based on a real person.
Optimus Prime, known in Japan as Convoy, is a fictional character created by the Transformers franchise. He is a Cybertronian, a fictional extraterrestrial species of sentient self-configuring modular robotic lifeforms, a synergistic blend of biological evolution and technological engineering. In almost every version of the mythos, Optimus is the leader of the Autobots, a faction of Transformers who are rivals of the Decepticons, another faction. He is defined by his strong moral character and is almost always portrayed as the primary hero of the story, opposing the evil Decepticon leader Megatron. Over the history of the Transformers franchise, Optimus has been portrayed by a variety of actors, such as Peter Cullen, Garry Chalk, Neil Kaplan, David Kaye and Jake Tillman. He is considered an icon of popular culture and has been featured in countless forms of media.
