Cadia personality type is ESTP, and I’m also a writer and a researcher, and I found that this type is strongly motivated to do things. It can be a very strong motivation. ESTP’s don’t like to sit on the sidelines and watch things happen. They want to be part of the action, and they want to make things happen. ESTP’s are very individualistic and they like to be their own person and they like to make their own decisions and they’re very creative and they’re very innovative and they like to start things and they like to be the leader.
As I was taking all of these ESTP characteristics, I also noticed that ESTP’s are kind of extroverted but they’re more on the front line. I had some ESTP clients. They were very extroverted, but they weren’t as introverted as I had read in the books. They were more extroverted. They were those people who were doing those YouTube videos, those YouTube personalities, those people who go on those late-night talk shows, that kind of stuff. They were very much in the forefront of their relationships.
