All three of these ladies are in their 60s, so it is plausible that, when asked when she was born, Olya replied "1971" when in fact she was born in 1952. This would explain why her date of birth is listed in the book as 16 November 1952, while it is listed in her passport as 25 November.
The same thing could be done with Tatyana's (1968) age.
This would also be consistent with the KGB's record keeping practices, which were generally poor. The KGB would tend to stick to the dates on their records, unless it was to their advantage to make the records look more favorable.
There are other inconsistencies in the family trees available online (including on this page) that can be explained by similar behavior by the KGB.
(For the record, I don't know or care that these are KGB agents, or that they are not. This is just for the purposes of making an interesting point.
