The following is my own theory of "Why"

    ISTJ Type Aspirations

ISTJs are the most common type among auto industry executives. They are the epitome of "good sense", the people who would rather be on the manufacturing floor than at the boardroom, who would rather be servicing customers on the service lines than selling them cars on the sales floor.

The ISTJ wants to produce a reliable, practical, safe vehicle that is affordable. They want to contribute to society, not just profit from it. They want to align their efforts with both the customer and their company's mission.

ISTJs are the most likely candidates for CEO positions because they are very good at organizing and coordinating tasks, making sure things get done efficiently, and keeping things running smoothly. They are very good at managing people and making sure people are doing their jobs properly.

They are also very good at keeping their emotions in check. They know that keeping their cool will benefit both them and their company tremendously.

Ford Motor Company is an American multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, United States. It was founded by Henry Ford and incorporated on June 16, 1903. The company sells automobiles and commercial vehicles under the Ford brand, and luxury cars under its Lincoln luxury brand. Ford also owns Brazilian SUV manufacturer Troller, an 8% stake in Aston Martin of the United Kingdom and a 32% stake in Jiangling Motors. It also has joint-ventures in China, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Russia. The company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is controlled by the Ford family; they have minority ownership but the majority of the voting power. Ford introduced methods for large-scale manufacturing of cars and large-scale management of an industrial workforce using elaborately engineered manufacturing sequences typified by moving assembly lines; by 1914, these methods were known around the world as Fordism.
