Scorpinock personality type is ISFJ, and you obviously lack the charisma and charm of an ISFJ.
Although you would be able to achieve the ISFJ's desire to change the world, it's unlikely that you would like the job (no matter what you think) and it's very unlikely that you would manage to learn to like your job. I suspect you would be better off as a Te user who uses the ISFJ for their instinct, and doesn't try to change them.
You may be able to become an ISFJ, however. You might enjoy the role and be talented at it. The problem is, you would probably want to be an ISFJ in the first place, and so would find it very difficult to be anything but ISFJ all the time.
You might consider taking a step down into the INFP or INFJ roles. You could be a great INFP or INFJ, but I suspect that those roles don't suit you as well as the ISFJ role.
