Lala personality type is INFJ, which was one of the few personality types I didn't know about prior to getting the book. And I'm definitely considering becoming a lala even though I'm not 100% sure I fit it.
The book is divided into chapters, which are named after the characters. Each chapter starts with a small vignette about a bad experience with a person, and then dives into a critique of that person's personality type. Each character is then given a number of traits that describe that person's personality, and a short description of those traits. It's an interesting way to help you understand how those traits play out in the real world.
I have a lot of thoughts about this book, so let's walk through each chapter!
Chapter 1: The Fonz
The Fonz is a guy who is going through a divorce and has no clue what to do with his life. The Fonz does not have a clue what he wants, and he has no clue what he needs. He's got no idea what he's going to do next, and he's just living his life blindly.
