Ririn is very laid back and carefree, being able to appear casual even in combat situations. He loves joking around, and is not afraid of any kind of creature or being. He seems to enjoy physical activities, but he does not seem to be very good at them. He finds it difficult to do things without being told, but if he finds something enjoyable, he will continue doing it. He also finds it hard to hold negative feelings towards others, but finds it difficult to forgive others if they have wronged him.
However, he tends to be very bad at keeping secrets, as he has many times let his coworkers know what he's been doing on missions.
