Baifang Yang (Chinese: 陽白芳) works as a teacher at the Moon Child Orphanage in the Moon Child Building (8F) in the Stand Quarter of Kowloon. She can be found in one of the back rooms of the orphanage, although it is not generally possible to go inside the orphanage at all. However, when Ryo and Ren are investigating Yuan they are able to ask for information if they have seen him. As Yuan lives nearby, she had seen him walking around with his pet myna bird.
