Kit personality type is ENFJ, which is the most trait-packed of the 16 types. The INTP and the INFP (both represented in this study) are much more rare in the world than the ENFJ and the rest of the 16 types combined.
And that brings me to my next point: it's not about being rare. It's about trait-building.
The 16 Myers-Briggs types provide a framework to build your own personality in. The 16 types and their traits come together to create a personality that's unique, interesting, and even interesting to others. And that's key. You can't just take an ENFJ type, slap on the "I'm a perfectionist" label, and call it a day. It won't stick. So what? It provides no useful information about the person.
Building on the 16 Myers-Briggs types is essential to your future happiness, your ability to deal with people, your ability to make decisions, and your ability to learn new things.
