Lisa personality type is ESFJ, the first letter of which is E, which means she is agreeable. The other letters of her type are S which means she is a responsible person, F which means she is nurturing, and J which means she is a natural leader. However there are also different combinations of these letters which can also be used to describe the same type. For example, an FJ is a natural leader and can be used to describe the ESFJ type.
