The creative nature of the INFP personality can make them very inspiring in groups. They are often seen as creative visionaries by others, because of their ability to see things from a new angle or their ability to come up with creative ways to solve problems.
However, this same creative nature can also make them highly sensitive to criticism or scrutiny. Like all types, INFPs are not immune to being overly sensitive when it comes to criticism.
