Starbucks personality type is ESFP, so I think he'd be pretty awesome at being a barista. Ditto for his wife.
It's not just the coffee, though. Their company, Sweet Leaf Tea, sells tea, tinctures, oils, herbs, and kombucha. I have tried the sweet leaf tea and it is pretty awesome.
