    ISFJ (6w5)

Yū Shimamura personality type is ISFJ, or "The Protector". It's a whole lot of fun to see her try to be the tough guy when she's really just a softie. In Shugo Chara!, her role is that of a main character that is heavily involved in the anime series' plot. In the manga, she is very much a supporting character, and is not nearly as important to the story as she is in the anime. She does not get a lot of screen time, and her episodes are usually about her trying to "earn" some experience points and get stronger. She can be a bit of a noisy brat, but she is a sweetheart.

Yū's parents died when she was young, and her sister (who is also her best friend) has always watched over her. Her sister has always been looking out for Yū, and she has always been too busy with her job to be able to keep an eye on her. Over the course of the story, Yū's sister and her family come to realize that they have been neglecting Yū, and they step up and become her guardians.

Yū Shimamura is a Japanese voice actress best known for portraying Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda, Annie Leonhart in Attack on Titan, Akiko Yosano in Bungou Stray Dogs and Haruko Haruno in Go! Princess PreCure.
