Xiaomi personality type is ENFP, the creativity and adventurer, and I feel like I fit that description. So I would say that I’m a lot like Xiaomi: a little bit quirky, but very innovative and creative.
Q: What do you like about Xiaomi?
A: The people involved with the company are very nice and friendly. When I first joined, I was introduced to a lot of my colleagues, and it was very interesting to see them interact with each other. It was kind of like a family working together, which is something we all strive for.
I think the company is very innovative and creative. They’re always trying to create something new and something better than what they already have. And I like that they’re always trying to push the limits. It’s really fun to work for a company where you can be creative and have a lot of freedom.
Q: What do you like most about working at Xiaomi?
A: I really like that I can have a lot of creative freedom to develop products. And I also enjoy the fact that we have a sense of community here.
