Sam Guthrie "Cannonball" personality type is INFP, but I've also read enough of the descriptions of the other types to agree that he would be an INTJ. He's very logical and analytical; he's also very blunt and straightforward. He's probably not the most intuitive personality type, but he's very good at making decisions.
The fact that he named his team after a lot of different archetypes (he named the guys after archetypes like the warrior and the artist) also makes me think he might be an INTJ, since it's well known that INTJs like to do that.
