Lazarus personality type is ESTP, but I think the other three spots are ESFP, ISFP, and INFJ.

I think this is interesting because INFJs have a problem with telling people what they really think, while they also have problems with being direct and honest.

Do you think that the type of personality has something to do with how the INFJ expresses themselves? I think INFJs are more likely to express themselves in an indirect way, and are more likely to feel insecure or upset if others don't understand them quickly.
No. They were just talking about how introverts/introversion is not a very strong position for INFJ, but it is for some other types like ISFP.
