Penny personality type is INFP, but i think she is less like her childhood self (more like an ENFJ, more like what i am), and more like this adult self (although still very, very "Penny").
As for the real-life portrayal of her, i think they are pretty spot on.
But i fear, like with the other characters, some of them (like Veronica Lake) are very different in real life. Beverly may have been a psycho in real life, but she's a sweetheart in the show. She's a two-faced bitch.
I think this may have been something that the scripters were going for with these characters, but it kind of dilutes the integrity of the show a bit.

No offense to you, but I just don't see it. For me it's just a matter of watching the series from the beginning and enjoying it all the way through. Not skipping around to episodes that I've already seen.
