I don't think this is a good description of him. If you look at his description of his personality type you can see that it more accurately describes him – I don't see the extroversion. There is more going on with him – he is more introverted, and less extroverted – but that doesn't change the fact that he is extroverted.
I don't think that his list of characteristics with the extrovert list is accurate – I'd go with 3 or 4 of those characteristics. For example, he claims to be extraverted, but you can't be extraverted and introverted at the same time.
I agree with you on some of the other characteristics – for example, that he is a good listener and not a people-pleaser – but that he is "kind of a weenie" is just not right. I don't know why you describe him as such, unless you're trying to be funny, and it isn't funny.
I agree with your description of his relationship style – he's not a team player – but this is not a very accurate description of him.
