Watanabe no Tsuna personality type is ISTJ, not INTP. The ISTJ part is downplayed (which is why I thought it was an ENTP) but I would definitely say he is an ISTJ, and his MBTI type doesn't fit with my predictions. It was really weird to see him as an ENTJ, because he is certainly not one, but I guess the writers just want to fit as many characters as possible into the "canon" of the story. As for the ENTP, it's true that he does have many of those personality traits, but they're really just there to be a foil for Tsuna's more realistic personality, not because he actually has those traits.
As for Hibari, I can see him as an ISTJ, but a lot of personality typing relies on a combination of a few dominant personality traits and a few secondary ones. I personally don't think he has any of those secondary traits, but I have seen people consider him INTP before. That being said, I am also pretty sure that he is not an INTP. I agree that his personality is very realistic and very believable, but it's way too realistic and believable for an INTP.
Watanabe no Tsuna was a Japanese samurai, a companion in arms of Minamoto no Yorimitsu, one of the earliest samurai to be famed for his military exploits in a number of tales and legends.
