They tend to get energized by physical activity and anything that's fast and dynamic and exciting and fun and gives them a chance to be the leader of the group. They tend to thrive in social situations where they're the center of attention and can get things done quickly and efficiently. They get bored relatively quickly when nothing's happening, and get frustrated when they can't get things moving.
