The Blue Dragon is a miniboss in Demon's Souls.The Blue Dragon first appears in 1-1, guarding some treasure in a grassy area before the bridge guarded by many soldiers. It disappears from 1-1 if the Boletarian Palace has Pure White World Tendency. It cannot be killed in 1-1, as, unlike the Red Dragon, it does not have a hit box to register damage. It will not actively attack the player, but its swinging tail deals very high physical damage. The Blue Dragon later appears in 1-4, periodically breathing fire as a stationary hazard. It first appears sitting atop the battlements in front of the palace keep; its fire breath is considerably stronger than the Red Dragon's, but it will also kill the Fat Officials along the battlements if they are in the way. If the player gets too close to the Blue Dragon or reduces its HP by 50% while it's on the battlements, it will fly away and land atop the keep itself while breathing fire down the stairs.
