Matrim Cauthon personality type is ENTP, which is not surprising since Cauthon is one of the rarer ENTP characters in the series. Unfortunately, however, I don't have an accurate description of what kind of personality type Cauthon is, so I have no idea if this is true. I also don't have any information on how close to being an ENTP Cauthon is.
According to the WoT Aes Sedai section, Egeanin is an ENTJ.

They are strong leaders, but are not very good at following orders, or at understanding others. I think Egeanin fits the description of an ENTJ pretty well. She is definitely good at thinking systemically, and that's what I base my ENTJ theory on.
