I’ve been waiting for a while to post something on my blog, and today I’m making good on that wait. The past week and a half has been a roller-coaster ride of emotions. A few days ago, my mother fell down the stairs at the house I grew up in, broke her tailbone. She’s now in the hospital where they are putting pins in her tailbone, which will most likely kill her. My father is now in the hospital for a kidney infection, and my grandfather is in the hospital for failing to take his insulin medication. My grandmother is home sick with the flu, and my niece is not feeling well. All of this is taking a toll on my family, but with all good things comes some bad. My grandmother has been experiencing some bad health issues over the past ten years, so it’s no surprise that now they are starting to catch up to her.
I, myself, have been dealing with stress from my various responsibilities at work. I have been working so much lately that I have fallen behind on my blogging.
