They are good at taking in information, making decisions based on their own experiences, and are often very knowledgeable about the world around them. They are very good at engaging in physical activities, including physical games and physical sports. They like to organize their life and like to be in control of the events and activities they participate in. They like to do things on their own and prefer to spend time on their own; they prefer to work on projects and activities on their own. ISTPs tend to be really good at physical activities such as sports and games involving physical activity. During childhood, they like to participate in physical games and sports and might be more physically active than other types. They like to spend time with friends; they like to spend time with people who are more like themselves. When ISTPs don’t get the amount of physical activity they want, they might become more anxious and start getting fidgety and more distressed than usual.
