The Other Mother personality type is ENFJ, or Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging. We've already covered the Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging (Fi-Fi-J) personality before (see here), but for this article I'll be covering the Se-Si version of the ENFJ personality type.
The Se-Si ENFJ personality type is distinguished by its capacity for critical thinking. It doesn't just go by the book, but rather takes the time to analyze things and think things through. It is able to see things with a different eye, and can spot potential problems or flaws at a glance.
The Se-Si ENFJ personality type is also sensitive to the needs of others. It can read people well and is able to anticipate their reactions and needs. This makes it an excellent team player, as it is able to work well in groups and can easily identify and address problems that other people might miss.
Like all the other ENFJ personality types, the Se-Si ENFJ personality type has a tendency to be charismatic and to draw others to them. It's very hard for people to refuse their offers and requests when they come from such a seemingly impressive and friendly person.
