Jonathan Toews personality type is ISTJ, and for me, this is a pretty accurate match. I’ve always felt that he’s more reserved than some of the other players on the Blackhawks; he’s more reserved than Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews is more reserved than Patrick Kane. It’s interesting to see him as a non-Swedish player and how he approaches the game, and I think that’s why he’s become so popular in Chicago.
I think what you see from Toews is a classic ISTJ personality. He’s a very organized, organized individual. He’s a very methodical individual who’s going to do things in a very efficient way. He’s going to have a plan and he’s going to stick with his plan, and that’s what I see from him as a hockey player as opposed to as a person as well as as a hockey player.
He’s very consistent as a player. He has a lot of the qualities of the ISTJ personality, but he also has a little bit of the Introverted Sensing trait going on as well.
