Steven Stamkos personality type is ESTP, which is a combination of the four.
I admire the fact that he has such determination and focus. He always seems to be on task and focused on his goals.
He’s also quite original. I love the fact that people would be asking him questions about himself and then he’d say something new and unexpected that they hadn’t thought of.
But there is one thing I am not so crazy about. It’s his habit of not listening.
On the ice, he so often doesn’t listen to the coaches and he gets in trouble. His behavior on the ice is not always very positive and it leads to a lot of penalties and controversies.
I don’t think that is the only place where he could improve though.
On the social side, he doesn’t listen to his friends at all. He doesn’t listen to people on social media who are trying to be his friend and tell him what they think and how he can improve and be a better person.
