Jayna Van Buren personality type is ESFP, but she doesn't have to be. Because it helps me see the reality of someone's situation and helps me understand them even better. When I interview clients, I ask them to tell me about their "real life." Why? Because it helps me understand what it is that they do in their "real life" and how their personality type affects them. It also helps me understand how and why they think and feel the way they do, which helps me understand people better in general.
