Kirell personality type is INTJ, as is most of the cast. All of them have an overbearing personality, a love for all things technological, are extremely logical and almost always end up in an argument with each other.
For example, Sebastian, the main villain, has an inferiority complex which is never shown until the very end of the series. His brother, Reinhard, has a suicidal history and has a dark view on life and death, believing that life has no purpose. The witchers, unfortunately, throughout the series were shown to suffer from depression and suicidal tendencies. Also, the fact that they were only given one choice at the end of their mission (whether they want to go back to reality and die or to continue living without their memories) is a reference to the fact that they were only given one chance to live in their own world.
