Karasuba personality type is ENTP, and unless I have a good reason for something, I won't do it.
One of the things that made me quit was that I was looking through a book of "ideal" personality types. It was one of those books that people say, "It's a great book, but I disagree with it." In this case, the author disagreed with the theory that the MBTI is a good indicator of personality type. So what did she base her theory on? She based it on a personality test she bought from a mail order company. It was a personality test that was designed to identify personality types. But, as she claims, it was not a good indicator of type because it only accurately identified 16% of the population. Now of course I'm not saying that the MBTI is completely accurate. But I am saying that it is more accurate than some other tests out there. For one thing, there are more than 16 types of people. For another, you can take multiple tests and get more than one result.
The problem is that there are people out there who don't believe in the validity of tests. And they will claim that the tests are invalid because they only show 16% accuracy.
