Attribution: As a child, Kamekichi was born with a natural talent for magic, but was unable to properly use his abilities until he became an adult. Kamekichi learned everything he knows about magic from a book he found, and he is a perfectionist who can't stand a lack of order in his work. He tends to become quite agitated whenever he is disturbed while working on a spell, and will attack anyone who gets in his way or makes him lose concentration.
Kamekichi is a chain smoker, but he seems to have given up this habit as of late. The only word he seems to remember from his childhood is "Ganbarou" (lit. "Go ahead"), which he uses as a greeting to those who talk to him. He also uses the word "Kamekichi" as a greeting, much to his sister's irritation.
