I have to say that I was always pretty adventurous and fearless. As a child I was always running around, exploring and learning things. I would get into trouble, but I knew my parents wouldn’t punish me too severely because they knew I was a free spirit and they would have to find me. It was this attitude that helped me become a venture capitalist.
What can you tell us about your goals for your future?
My goal is to help people with great ideas find their way to the marketplace. I want to help entrepreneurs find the right place to grow their business through investment and acquisition.
Do you have any advice for people who want to achieve their dreams?
Always do what you want to, not what others want you to do. And make sure you believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to fail.
