Ms. Crumble is a school teacher who owns her own bakery. She has a very sweet and caring nature, but has a bit of an obsessive compulsive disorder. She cannot stand messy things, and is very fearful of germs. She is used to making people clean up after themselves, and she can be very bossy. She also seems to have a little bit of a gambling problem, as she believes that she has to do everything perfectly before opening her shop for business, and if she makes a mistake, she would lose money.
In the show's first season, at the end of each episode, she would give a present to Twilight Sparkle, usually a book or a bracelet. She has made many friends in Ponyville, but her biggest crush is on Twilight Sparkle. Twilight Sparkle is unaware of this, but she "thinks" she likes Starlight Glimmer, but knows that Crumble is interested in her.
