I think her ENFP has a more annoying side, which is why she seems more ENFP and less INFJ. I would probably say that she's more INFJ and less ENFP.
She's a very emotional person, which probably stems from her being too much of an ENFP. She's very emotional and emotional people are often too much of an ENFP to function properly in the outside world.
I've seen her personality type of ENFP described as "unpredictable" and "emotional", but I'd have to say that she's more of an erratic and emotional INFJ than an unpredictable ENFP.
I think the only thing that really pushes Kirino into the INFJ category is that she's more emotionally fragile than her ENFP personality type would lead one to believe. She's emotionally fragile, but she's not as emotionally fragile as an INFJ would be.
I think the reason she's so emotionally fragile is because she had a particularly awful childhood (which I won't get into detail about) and she's still suffering from a lot of the effects of that childhood.
