Hoseok personality type is ESFJ, a type that focuses on being helpful to others. I would also say that he has a F(Extraverted) + S(Introverted) + J(Judging) = T(Thinking) + I(Intuitive) + J(Judging) = T+I+J combination which is very often found in ESFJ's. I think the reason why he is so good at drawing people is because he has a lot of extraverted thinking (E) and introverted intuition (N). ESFJ's are very good at seeing the patterns in people and drawing them out, which is why he is very good at drawing pictures. He has a lot of feeling (F) though, which is why he is also very good at painting or writing (he has a lot of feeling, which is why he gets emotional over his work). He is very good at seeing patterns in people and drawing them out, but he can't really express himself well verbally, so he usually has to write or draw instead.
So, I think the reason why he doesn't draw himself is because he doesn't really feel like doing it. But I don't know if it's true.
