I did this because I knew that the males needed to have at least a high enough IQ to get a job in the future. The average male had an IQ of 101, while the average female had an IQ of 100. Next, I measured their communication skills by having them fill out a questionnaire about themselves. This involved them answering questions about their personality traits, hobbies, favorite food and dislikes, etc.
