Lina Bo Bardi personality type is ISFP, or Introverted Sensing Feeling Perceiving. (ISFP is the abbreviation used below; the full name of the type is ISFJ, or Introverted Sensing Feeling Judging.) ISFPs are introverted, sensitive, caring, and idealistic. They are loyal friends and companions. When they are happy, it is infectious; others feel happy, too (the mood spreads). Lina’s best friends are Caroline and Anna, both ISFPs.
Lina is the only member of the gang who is an ISFP. To understand why she is so different from her gang, you have to understand what makes an ISFP so different from the other two types. Lina is an ISFP because her dominant function is Introverted Sensing, which signifies that she is more interested in observing than in doing. Her auxiliary function is Introverted Feeling, which indicates that she values relationships and people. Her tertiary function is Extraverted Intuition, which means that she has a talent for seeing patterns and connections in things.
People with ISFP personalities are sometimes called the Sensing Guardians because they tend to guard their inner world so carefully.
Lina Bo Bardi, born Achillina Bo (December 5, 1914 – March 20, 1992), was an Italian-born Brazilian modernist architect. A prolific architect and designer, she devoted her working life, most of it spent in Brazil, to promoting the social and cultural potential of architecture and design. While she studied under radical Italian architects, she quickly became intrigued with Brazilian vernacular design and how it could influence a modern Brazilian architecture. During her lifetime it was difficult to be accepted among the local Brazilian architects, because she was both a "foreigner" and a woman.
