AJ Michalka ft. Estelle - Here Comes a Thought personality type is ENFJ, which is a rare type that only 2% of the population falls into. They often find themselves in leadership roles and are often very successful at it. ESTJ is the most "common" type, and is the one I'm most familiar with. When I'm doing improv, I love to make the ESTJ sound like me, especially if it's a character I don't usually do.
When I'm doing that, I'll take a deep breath and start to talk like an ESTJ that I don't usually play. I'll say things like "Just tell me what you're feeling, and we'll figure it out together." And "Don't let the fear take over, let's just figure out what we need done so we can move on."
These are all things that ESTJs tend to say. It's really funny, and sometimes I feel like the ESTJ doing this is myself.
